Merch items are shipped from within the United States.
Return Policy
Because our merch items are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds except in extreme circumstances. If, however, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mgmt@archieandfoxrecords.com with your:

E-mail used for purchase
A detailed description of the issue
Suitable photographic evidence of the issue

If we determine that you are indeed entitled to a replacement, we will send a new item to the shipping address you provided in the original order as soon as possible.

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
